Maintenance includes:

1) Thorough cleaning of your in-ear monitors from inside and outside
2) Desinfecting the in-ear monitors and cable
3) Checking the connectors of the cable
4) Testing the cable
5) Testing the in-ear monitors for sound quality
6) Changing the cable when needed (cable price excluded)
7) When bigger issues occur, we will send them for repair (repair and shipping costs apply)
