Some artists prefer ambient features on their custom in-ear monitors. The ambient feature means that there is a tiny hole left in the monitor, which allows a small amount of ambient noise to enter the ear canal.

The ambient feature is generally preferred by artists who have never used in-ear monitors before and have difficulty adjusting to the transition from wedge monitors. You can find more information about the ambient feature under the INFO tab.
